Cleaners are focused on getting the home guest-ready. We also look for supplies, linens, maintenance concerns, wear and tear, and the details that can get missed during fast turnovers.

No. StayReady coordinates turnovers and operational oversight. We do not replace your property manager, pricing strategy, guest messaging, or platform management.

Every turnover report includes post-clean photos, turnover notes, flagged issues, supply updates when applicable, and anything we think you should know before the next guest arrives.

Yes. Photos are timestamped through our reporting workflow so owners have a clear record of what was documented and when.

After every turnover you receive a photo-verified update with notes and any flagged issues. Between turnovers, you can reach us by call, text, or email.

Cleaners & Vendor Coordination

Yes. Your cleaner would join StayReady's network so we can provide the same level of guarantee. We simply coordinate the process, deploy our checklist, verify the work, and keep communication organized. We do not mark up labor.

If a cleaner cannot make it, we move into coordination mode immediately to keep the turnover moving and avoid guest impact whenever possible.

Yes. If something needs attention, we can help coordinate handyman support. Labor is billed at cost. We do not mark it up.
